Return Policy

Given the nature of print-on-demand products, Hytrol’s return policy is as follows: 

Returns are only accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Please inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival and take pictures of any damage. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the item has been received. 

Any returned items will be handled by the Hytrol marketing team.  

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before completing an order. Any items that are unable to be delivered will be sent to the Hytrol Marketing Team. If your item was not delivered contact the Marketing Team at info@hytrol.com or stop by Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central. 

Exchanges will only be made if a wrong size is ordered for clothing items. Each clothing item has a sizing guide which lists actual measurements of the garment. Double check the measurements to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
