Yes, anyone can order from the Hytrol store.

No. All items on the Hytrol store are sold at cost. What we pay is what you pay.

No. Since most Hytrol employees live in the United States, we have decided to limit sales to only the U.S. 

Hytrol receives many items daily through the shipping and receiving department. So, it is recommended that orders be sent to a personal address or P.O. box to lessen the risk of an item becoming lost. Hytrol will not replace or refund any misplaced store item shipped to any company facility.

Items on the Hytrol store are created through Printful, a print-on-demand service. This means once your order is placed, your items are created. Because these are not stocked items, it may take a slightly longer time to process.

No. Your card information is passed directly to the credit card processor, Stripe. Hytrol can only see the last 4 digits and expiration date for reference. We do not have access to any other card information.

If the address was entered wrong on the order form, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees. If the carrier misdelivers the item, Printful will cover the fees for re-shipment. 

Please be sure to double check your shipping address before completing the order.

Items can only be returned if they are misprinted, damaged or defective upon arrival. No returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse.

Garment measurements and fit information are provided on the website. Double check these measurements to be sure you are ordering the correct size.
